Established since 1997, NOCS is the leading waste oil recycler in Singapore.
NOCS is the first and only onshore plant in Singapore which complies with a MARPOL Annex I Facility standard. NSL OilChem Services Pte Ltd (NOCS) is also licensed by National Environmental Agency (NEA) as a toxic industrial waste collector.
With a comprehensive range of land and marine transport such as tankers and trucks, it provides its customers the convenience of an integrated waste management for a wide range of land and marine wastes. NOCS also provides other marine wastes supporting services such as deslopping works and tank cleaning.
