NatSteel Guinard Oil Services Pte Ltd was incorporated on 24 February 1997 as an oily sludge and slop treatment company. On 18 February 2005, it changed its company name to NSL OilChem Services Pte Ltd.
Over the years, NSL OilChem Services Pte Ltd expanded its business and became the leading integrated waste management company in Singapore .
